Future Aventure HQ Reaches Construction Milestone

PEACHTREE CITY, USA – The one-year anniversary of the ground breaking of Aventure Aviation’s new headquarters will take place on December 13.

“I’m happy to say that the first phase of construction is on schedule,” said administrative director Kimberly Gay.

The new location sits next to Aventure’s current headquarters in Peachtree City, Georgia, outside of Atlanta. The current 30,000 square foot office and warehouse opened in 2008.

Set to be completed in the spring of next year, the first phase of construction includes a 70,000 square foot warehouse. The second phase will construct a 54,000 square foot office and an additional 36,000 square feet of warehouse. The new complex will be state-of-the-art, and contain eco-friendly features including integrated solar panels.

Warehouse and office space will be available for lease to other companies. An upper level patio overlooking the prestigious Planterra Golf Course will be available to local organizations for community events.

Aventure is strategically located near the world’s busiest airport, Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson International Airport, allowing Aventure to quickly ship parts all over the world.
