PEACHTREE CITY, USA – The first phase of construction for Aventure Aviation’s new headquarters is on schedule to be completed by the summer of 2025. Aventure broke ground December 13, 2023.
The site is located on land next to Aventure’s present headquarters in Peachtree City, Georgia, constructed in 2008.
“Aventure has seen tremendous growth, and we have outgrown our current building,” said director of strategic accounts Kevin Lang. “The new building will provide four times more warehouse space and five times more office space.”
The first phase will incorporate a 70,000 sq ft warehouse. The second will have a 54,000 sq ft office building with a 36,000 sq ft warehouse. There will be state-of-the-art features and eco-friendly attributes, including integrated solar panels.
Dedicated warehouse and office space will be available for lease to other companies. An upper level patio overlooking the prestigious Planterra Golf Course will be available to local organizations for community events.
Aventure is located just south of Atlanta’s Hartsfield Jackson International Airport, the world’s busiest, which handles over 104 million passengers annually. This allows Aventure to rapidly ship to customers in nearly every destination in the world.
Atlanta is also home to Delta Air Lines, which was recently designated Airline of the Year by Air Transport World.
