In-House Aircraft Interior Refurbishment
Atlanta Aviation, an Aventure company, is an FAA-certified repair station that offers aircraft interior refurbishment for commercial and regional airlines, corporate aircraft, and MRO facilities. We help operators extend component life, improve cabin appearance, and reduce replacement costs through high-quality interior restoration and support services.
Backed by Aventure Aviation’s global aviation supply chain network, Atlanta Aviation provides responsive customer support, technical expertise, and dependable turnaround solutions for the aviation industry.
We offer to the customer a wide variety of decorating services such as the hydro graphic process “Aero print,” Tedlar covering, and application of hi-gloss clearcoats and water base paints. We are also a re-seller for Akzo Nobel Interior coatings.
For commercial airlines, we offer Tedlar covering, utilizing our state-of-the-art Tedlar vacuum machine to decorate sidewall panels, baggage bin doors, and ceiling panels. We also refurbish the passenger service units, galleys, and lavatories. We are approved to work on Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, Bombardier, and ATR aircraft.
For corporate aircraft customers, we offer the hydrographic process “Aero print” to decorate the cabinets, galleys, tables, side ledges in many different looks such as burl woods, straight grain woods, marbles, brush metals, and carbon fiber. The Aero print process is more economical than using real wood veneer and meets all the FAR 25.853 vertical burn, smoke, and 65/65 Ohio State heat release requirements. We are approved to work on the Honda jet, Hawker, Piaggio, Embraer and Cessna aircraft.
For Original Equipment Manufacturers “OEMs”, we offer the application of various coatings to new interior parts such as window reveals, light bezels, toilet shrouds, tray tables. The coatings we apply are hi-end polyurethane clearcoats, water base coatings, metallic coatings, soft-feel coatings, electro Dag coatings and many more. These parts are installed on new Airbus, Boeing, Honda jet, and Embraer aircraft.
