MRO Trade Shows: From Singapore to London

PEACHTREE CITY, USA – Aventure Aviation will attend MRO Europe on October 18–20 at ExCeL London, a month after attending MRO Asia-Pacific in Singapore. Both maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) events are organized by Aviation Week Network.

Mike Kitchener, senior director for EMEA, and Cüneyt Yanar, sales representative, will represent Aventure in London.  The Singapore event was attended by Saurabh Tripath, regional director for Asia, who also visited with airlines in the region where he established Aventure as an approved supplier.

MRO Europe is the largest event of its kind on the continent, where airlines, MROs, OEMs, lessors, suppliers and industry experts meet to explore and define the aviation maintenance industry. It’s a well-known venue for people to learn, connect, and do business in the commercial aviation aftermarket.

Mike and Cüneyt will meet with airline representatives to discuss their parts requirements. Aventure is in the process of dismantling and harvesting parts from several retired aircraft in Europe, adding to Aventure’s parts inventory on the continent.

“We are looking to partner with MRO shops to store some of our Airbus and Boeing inventory,” said Mike. “They can then offer their customers these parts for exchange or outright sale.”
