Former Aventure Intern Receives Scholarship from Women’s Association

PEACHTREE CITY, USA – The Mcintosh Chapter of the American Business Women Association (ABWA) has awarded a scholarship worth $2,000 to former Aventure Aviation intern, Jodie Harmon She is currently a student at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University studying aviation business administration.

“I am so honored! I can’t wait to get back to Embry-Riddle in the fall to continue my education…I miss everyone (at Aventure),” said Jodi.

“We are very proud and were delighted to have her intern with us,” said Chelsea, Office Manager of Aventure’s Atlanta headquarters. “The sky is no longer the limits for Jodie. I see her rising to new heights.”

Today’s ABWA consists of thousands of members in networks and chapters nationwide. They provide business training and networking opportunities for women of diverse occupations and backgrounds. Since it’s founding in 1949, the organization has provided workplace skills and career development training for over a half a million members.
