ATLANTA, USA – Aventure Aviation has been named a semi-finalist in the inaugural Atlanta Metro Export Challenge, a grant competition powered by JPMorgan Chase which boosts support for small and medium-sized businesses looking to begin or increase their export programs.
“We are excited to have received this honor,” said Talha Faruqi, VP of Operations. “About 80% of Aventure’s business is international. This grant will help us to further expand our overseas efforts and represent the Atlanta area on a global scale.”
Each semi-finalist must utilize their grant to show export success in order to be invited back this summer for “Pitch Day” – a “Shark Tank”-style pitch session. The top three companies will receive an additional $20,000 (1st place), $10,000 (2nd place), and $5,000 (3rd place). A total of $210,000 will be distributed over the course of the competition.
