Aventure Staff Gets Delicious Insight From Chick-fil-A

ATLANTA, USA – A group of Aventure Aviation’s Atlanta-based team toured the Chick-fil-A corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia on June 13. They learned about the company’s history, culture, and values, as instilled by founder S. Truett Cathy.

Mr. Cathy was a businessman, investor, author, and philanthropist, who founded the fast food restaurant chain in 1946. His outlook on business and customer service has become a standard for businesses across many industries.

Chick-fil-A was ranked America’s favorite restaurant for eight years in a row by the American Customer Satisfaction Index.

Prior to the tour, Chick-fil-A’s tour guide recognized all active-duty military and veterans, including Aventure’s operations manager, Michael Black.

“Chick-fil-A is an amazing company with excellent customer service and family values,” said Chelsea Griffin, Aventure’s office manager. “My colleagues and I learned how Chick-fil-A’s successful business practices can be transferred throughout various industries, like our own.”
