PEACHTREE CITY, USA – Aventure staff held a food drive throughout November to benefit Midwest Foodbank of Georgia, located in Aventure’s hometown of Peachtree City. The team donated canned goods and other items that will benefit families in need this holiday season.
Opened in 2011, the Midwest Foodbank of Georgia distributes food to over 300 non-profit organizations spanning six states across the south eastern United States.
Midwest Foodbank’s mission is to combat hunger by providing essential food items to those in need and delivering disaster relief to communities facing the greatest challenges.
“Giving back is part of our core values and it reminds us to stay humble and be thankful for all that we have,” said director of sales Hamzah Faruqi.
