ATLANTA, USA – Aventure Aviation commemorated its 15th anniversary at a “Grand Prix” celebration at Atlanta’s Porsche Experience Center. Guests included VIPs from airlines based around the world and dignitaries from the Metro Atlanta area and beyond.
After strolling through a reception area flanked by over a dozen historic Porsches, guests were treated to an intense and exhilarating ride inside a Porsche Carrera or Panamera. They were driven by a professional driver on the world-class Porsche test track and handling course, built to demonstrate the power and responsiveness of Porsche engineering.
Afterwards, guests were taken to the Simulator (SIM) Lab, where they competed with each other side-by-side on highly realistic simulators.
“Not only guests, but also the staff had a great time,” said Onur Kavas, Customer Sales Representative for Aventure’s Istanbul office. “It was not only about business – it felt more like we were celebrating 15 years of trust and friendship with our colleagues and friends. I guess Aventure’s success is based on that sincerity.”
“I think it was the greatest event we ever had. Every employee was motivated, enthusiastic and helpful,” added Aventure Warehouse Assistant Syed Javed.
“Everything was spectacular. The best part was knowing that our guests were able to see how much Aventure has grown and accomplished within the last 15 years. The Porsche rides weren’t too bad either,” added Lyly Cao, Aventure’s Government Sales Representative.
Towards the end of the evening, plaques were given out to individuals for their various support of Aventure over the years.
“In addition to volunteering with the Fayette Chamber and Fayette Visioning, (Aventure) has done much for those in need,” remarked plaque recipient Carlotta Ungaro, President & CEO of the Fayette Chamber of Commerce. “The staff has collected more than three metric tons of food for Midwest Food Bank, picked fruit to donate to the Real Life Center and welcomed newcomers to the community by hosting a cricket match.”
To commemorate each year in business, 15 gifts were raffled to those in attendance. Every guest received a certificate recognition of their “Grand Prix Experience,” along with a portrait photograph of them posing next to a racing car.
“Having customers travel from all over the world to celebrate our event made it even more special. We are thankful they could join our staff and supporters here in Atlanta,” said Talha Faruqi, Aventure’s VP of Operations. “We appreciate all the support and look forward to even more success in the next 15 years.”
