PEACHTREE CITY, USA – Aventure joins those around the world celebrating the Chinese New Year, which starts February 17. Also known as the Lunar New Year or Spring Festival, 2026 is the Year of the Fire Horse.
The element fire represents unstoppable energy, while the horse represents action, freedom, energy, and independence. Fire amplifies the horse’s natural vitality, leading to boldness, ambition, and a drive for progress.
The year of the horse takes place every 12 years following the zodiac cycle. However, the fire horse year takes place just once every six decades, with the last taking place in 1966.
In years past, Aventure hosted a Chinese cuisine luncheon at its Atlanta headquarters, offering staff the opportunity to learn more about Asian cultures from colleagues of Asian heritage.
