Aventure Aviation Acquires Fourth Boeing 737NG for 2022

PEACHTREE CITY, USA – Aventure Aviation has acquired a Boeing 737NG, MSN 35140, the youngest 737NG airframe it has ever obtained. Teardown for the recently retired TUI Airways aircraft will be done by KLM UK Engineering in Norwich, United Kingdom.

This is the company’s fourth 737NG purchase for 2022. Parts will be relocated to Aventure’s Atlanta warehouse, where it will join an extensive stock of existing 737NG inventory.

Aventure is in active discussions with owners, financial institutions, lessors, and airlines to find revenue-generating teardown solutions for idle aircraft.

“Passenger numbers are growing with strong bookings for the summer season in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa,” said Aventure Senior Director EMEA Mike Kitchener. “This part-out will allow us to support our customers in the region even better.”

“Aventure continues to offer a unique global aviation investment platform for investors, leasing companies, and owners,” said Aventure President Talha Faruqi. “We have solutions to deploy capital, provide asset management services, and material consignments.”
