Aventure Attends Two Community Fundraisers on Same Day

PEACHTREE CITY, USA – Aventure Aviation attended local fundraisers for the Midwest Food Bank and The Citizen Foundation, USA, both held October 22 in the U.S. state of Georgia.

Taking place at the food bank’s facility in Peachtree City, the annual Harvest of Blessing Dinner fundraiser helped raised funds for over 140,000 people struggling with hunger.

“The event featured live music, a raffle, auction, local cuisine, and inspiring messages of hope for hungry families,” said attendee Arron Winfrey, Aventure’s junior sales representative.

A gala for the Citizens Foundation, held at the Hilton Atlanta, was attended by 350 guests, including Aventure CEO Zaheer Faruqi.

The foundation provides education to some of the poorest families in Pakistan by establishing and running schools. Presently over 280,000 deserving students are receiving a quality education, with a graduation rate of 96%.

Due to recent floods in Pakistan, many villages and schools have been devastated and Aventure is proud to be a supporter of this worthy cause.

“Our support is a key part of Aventure’s core value of giving back to our communities,” said office manager Chelsea Griffin.
