Repair Coordinator

Job Description

Title: Repair Coordinator
Work Location: Peachtree City, Georgia, USA 
Division/Department: Repair
Reports to: Director of Sales 
Hours: 9am–5pm Monday through Friday
Supervisory Requirement: No
Work Status: Full-time, Nonexempt


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To coordinate the quoting and repair of components sent to us by inside or outside sales.

Duties include:

  • Understand and use Quantum
  • Handle all repair RFQs from sales department
  • Retrieve average market cost from Quantum or from MRO vendors
  • Respond to RFQs with Aventure quotes
  • Create repair orders for parts received from clients
  • Expedite evaluation and repair of parts at MRO vendors
  • Maintain open repair order status in Quantum
  • Communicate with sales representatives about submitted quotes and repair orders
  • Produce weekly status sheets for clients of sales representatives
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • A working knowledge of aircraft and aircraft component repair would be an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Quantum would be an asset
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate degree preferred

  • The employee frequently is required to use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms
