Aventure Shares ‘Going Global’ Insight During World Trade Month

PEACHTREE CITY, USA – Starting in 1938, the United States has recognized May as World Trade Month. This is an opportunity to celebrate the importance of international trade to the U.S. economy and encourage businesses to begin or expand their export efforts.

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of International Trade marked the event by inviting business owners, entrepreneurs, and lenders to a mix of in-person, virtual and hybrid events throughout the entire month.

Aventure Aviation CEO Zaheer Faruqi described Aventure’s experiences in going global during the webinar Surviving and Thriving in Challenging Times: Celebrating U.S. Small Businesses in the Global Marketplace, which took place May 26.

Webinar attendees gained insights from successful exporters on how to win international business, learn about export financing and trade counseling services, and discover trade information resources to accelerate export plans.
