Aventure Aviation has embarked on an ambitious expansion plan that will see the creation of a new state-of-the-art Aventure campus, projected to break ground in 2017.
To accommodate that plan, we have acquired a large tract of land adjoining our present seven-acre Atlanta operations site in Peachtree City, Georgia.
Designed by Jefferson Browne Architects, the new structures will include design concepts that highlight historic achievements in aviation.
Features will include a balcony stylized to resemble the Wright Brothers biplane that will overlook a golf course, and a roof design evoking the new generation commercial airplane wings and winglets.
The new warehouse will capture solar light through the use of translucent propeller-shaped roof panels. The campus will also house component maintenance, repair and overhaul shops built in the triangular shapes of flying wing aircraft.
Cutting-edge technology and environmentally friendly design will be used throughout the new structures and grounds, particularly evident in the warehouse, training center, conference rooms, and purchasing and sales departments.
Designed to be an attractive, convenient and enjoyable place to work, the campus will also offer a cafeteria, gym, and prayer and meditation room.
With new component MRO shops, larger office space, and an additional warehouse to accommodate a significantly increased inventory, the new campus will allow Aventure to better serve our increasing base of customers, through the next decade and beyond.
