Three Aviation Students Receive Aventure Scholarships

March 20, 2018 | Washington, DC

For 2018, Aventure Aviation continued its tradition of awarding three scholarships to students pursuing their education in an aircraft maintenance technician program in a USA school meeting FAA standards. Scholarships were awarded through the Northrop Rice Foundation (NRF), a non-profit educational organization based out of Houston, Texas.

The first scholarship, reserved for an international student on an F-1 student visa, was awarded to Immanuel Bankole, a student at Embry-Riddle University. Katherine Minarik, who attends Perdue University, received the second scholarship. The third recipient is Joseph Rudnick, a student at Aviation Institute of Maintenance in Duluth, Georgia.

Recipients winners were announced at the Aviation Technician Education Council (ATEC) Annual Conference held March 17-20 in Washington, DC.
